Our aim is to take that burden from you, allowing you to focus on what you do best. This may mean managing the whole process or just part of it. We are able to tailor our service to suit the changing needs of each organisation.

Head hunting
Specialist position? Maybe you know what your ideal candidate profile would look like? Where may they have worked? What are their key attributes and previous experience?


Database Sourcing
With a strong online presence, memberships to the most sought after job boards and extensive local networking, we are constantly adding the best candidates to our extensive in-house database. We can search pre-screened candidates via, location, job title, salary expectations, key skills, qualifications, previous employers or a combination.

Response handling
For one of our job postings, we may get hundreds of responses of which many will not be suitable. To find this out involves reading CV's and covering information, telephone interviews, arranging face to face interviews and the like. This is hours of work but we feel candidates deserves a response and we need to know how suitable they are for you. We honestly don't believe it is conceivable to carry out this thoroughly whilst doing your day job, let us do it for you.

Face to face candidate interviews
Prior to sending our candidates to me you, we insist on meeting them. This allows us to understand the candidate as a person and find out their key drivers for wanting to apply for one of our positions.

Client visit
we do not believe in seeing our clients for the sake of it, in fact unlike the majority of high street recruiters, are consultants are not measured on it. What we do believe in however is meeting you at a suitable time for both parties to get a better understanding of what is important to you and the environment in which you work. Simply put, the more we understand, the better the candidates we can deliver.

Single point of contact
Whether your business is local, regional or national, we can ensure that you have a single point of contact for all your requirements.

Process management
We understand that you have your own job to do, so we aim to take as much or as little of the recruitment process for you. We can manage the whole process from taking your requirements, sourcing, shortlisting, pre-screening, initial interviewing and arranging your final interview slots for no more than a handful or carefully selected candidates.

No Upfront Costs
No upfront costs to you. Fees are only payable if we find you the right candidate.

Rebate Period
A 10 week rebate period will be offered. If the candidate leaves of their own accord within this period 10% of the introductory fee will be refunded for each unworked week of the 10 week period.
